Solution. Many there some pair of network Cable not work or your ethernet card or lan card not work on auto-negotiations speed you have to follow this step
- Double Click on ethernet card
- then clich on properties
- then click on configure
- then click on advanced
- then click on speed/duplex settings
- then set value by scrolling down to auto-negotiations 10 HD(half duplex) note this will set your ethernet speed to 10 MB/per second
